Children of Phoenix Cup Cake Morning Tea

Our inaugural ‘cupcake morning tea’ to coincide with Child Protection Week was a great success.  Businesses and individuals across Ballarat purchased hundreds and hundreds of pre-ordered, beautifully hand-made cupcakes.
